WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We're based in London, yet our selling market is United States of America. We have storages in China and US from where we ship most of our products. 

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

The Pet Bedroom partners with global merchants and producers of finest quality materials, in order to provide you the best prices and the most quality products for your furry friends. This means that your order, besides US, can be shipped from global areas such as China, Thailand, Tibet, India and many more, via our partnership with USPS.

Shipping times for our products if from 5 days up to 20 days, depending of a specific product, and your location. Please have in mind that processing time is 1-2 working days. Holiday seasons may affect shipping times, so please order on time. Please do not panic if your package does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking, or any other information)  :)

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and also PayPal, ApplePay etc.
You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.
The charge will appear on your credit card statement as: NORTH BLUE or NORTH BLUE LTD LONDON. 

WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES I SEE ON THIS STORE? 

All prices are in USD. 

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

No worries! If you receive a product that was damaged during transport, you don't need to return it. We will send you a replacement or a refund.
