Shipping policy
We always strive to offer fast and free shipping. Most of our stock is warehoused in United States so shipping usually takes between 10-15 business days after payment has been received. Please also have in mind that we need additional 1-2 days for order processing. We promise to do our best to let you receive your orders by 21 days. We do our best to keep to these timeframes however this may change and is beyond our control. If there is a delay in shipping we will do our best to contact you and keep you updated.
IMPORTANT:
Delayed delivery - in very rare occasions, packages may take longer than the expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route, we ask for understanding and patience. In such cases, we will ship out a new package.
This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the end of the year (November to December months), during promotions or other actions.
PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (about 24-48 hours) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.
After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be sent to you. In case you don't receive the email with tracking number within 7 business days after your purchase, please be free to contact us on following email: info@thepetbedroom.com and we will resend it.
Processing Time - in very rare occasions it may take longer than the expected time frame. During busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances, processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible!
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at info@thepetbedroom.com as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.
Once we process the order we are not able to change the address!
CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
SEPARATE PACKAGES
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on back order
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices.
